4. One Real-Money Account Only

9. Account Cancellation
The Casino can close your account at any time for any reason without notice. While you may get your remaining balance, the Casino can cancel winnings and take account funds if:
- You have more than one active account.
- The name on your account doesn’t match the name on the card used for deposits. You must deposit only with your own card. Copies of the card, an ID, and an authorization letter may be required for withdrawals.

10. Fraud and Chargebacks
If we suspect fraud or if any of your payments are reversed or charged back, we can freeze your account funds. We may also take legal action to recover money owed. You must pay all amounts due to the Casino or payment providers linked to your account. You also agree not to dispute or reverse deposits-doing so will cancel winnings and require you to repay the Casino for the deposit and any collection costs.
11. Use of Name for Promotion
By accepting any prize or winnings, you agree that we can use your name for marketing and promotional purposes without extra payment, unless the law says otherwise.
12. Resolving Disputes
If you have a dispute about any game result, you must send a written complaint to the Casino within 14 days. If there is a difference between the result shown on your game and the Casino’s server, the server’s result will be final and binding.
13. Tax Obligations
You are responsible for paying any taxes that apply to the prizes or winnings you receive from the Casino.
14. Identification and Verification
You must verify your identity by providing certain documents. You may be asked to upload:

- A recent utility bill (dated within the last 2 months) to confirm your address.

14.1. If You Fund Your Account Using Credit Card(s), You Must Also Provide:
- Clear, color copies of both the front and back of the credit card(s);
- Identification documents confirming you own the card(s).

15. Payments (Withdrawal of Winnings Including Bonuses) and Approval
Payouts are typically returned to the same method used to fund the account, unless otherwise possible. It is at the discretion of Fair Go Casino to decide how you will receive your withdrawal. Cash withdrawals are only available to accounts belonging to and controlled by the registered owner of the gaming account.
16. Changes to Games and Services
The Casino can add new games or activities, or remove existing ones, anytime without telling you first.
17. Inactive Accounts
If you don’t use your account for 12 months, it will be blocked. Any money left in it will be taken by the Casino.
18. Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account number and password safe. Don’t let anyone else, including minors, use your account, join games, or claim prizes. Any purchases or losses on your account are your responsibility.
19. Lost Login Details
If you lose or forget your username or password, or can’t log in for reasons not caused by the Casino, we are not responsible for keeping or recovering them.
20. Technical or Connection Problems
We are not responsible for bad internet connections or issues with your computer. We give no guarantees for trying to play the games in ways not supported by Fair Go Casino. If there are technical errors or malfunctions in the game, the Casino can cancel any bets or winnings that happen because of them.
21. Cheating and False Statements
If you are caught cheating or making false or harmful claims about the Casino (including sharing untrue information publicly), we may share your actions, name, and email with other casinos, payment providers, and authorities. We can also take legal action and freeze or take the money in your account.
22. Indemnification
You agree to protect Fair Go Casino and its staff, managers, partners, affiliates, advertisers, and agents from any claims or losses. You will fully cover any costs, expenses, or damages caused by:
- (i) your access, use, or reuse of our website;
- (ii) your use of any website materials;
- (iii) your access, use, or reuse of the Casino server;
- (iv) your participation in the games, or;
- (v) your acceptance of any prize.
23. Trademark Ownership
Fair Go Casino is our brand name. Using our casino or materials does not give you any rights to our trademarks, logos, designs or other intellectual property.
24. Validity of Materials
All gaming materials are invalid if changed, damaged, or defaced. If there are printing or manufacturing errors, the Casino’s responsibility is only to replace the materials if possible.
25. Record Keeping and Transaction Data
You will get an email after every deposit or purchase. Keep all transaction records, game rules, cancellation policies and payment details to avoid future problems.
26. Permitted Betting Channels
All bets must be placed through the Fair Go Casino interface on our website. Using any other method, including automated or “robot” betting, is not allowed. If detected, we may cancel bets, close accounts and take further action.
27. Single Deposit Turnover
Before withdrawing money, you must bet at least the same amount as your deposit once (1×).

Promotion Terms
In order to ensure fair play, restrictions have been placed on the maximum bets that can be placed while wagering any bonus, including cashback offers. The maximum bet is $10 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding $10 during the bonus wagering period will result in the cancellation of all winnings from the promotion.
- Promotional offers are only available to users who have a registered and verified account. Bonus offers are one-time, single promotions and are only available once per household and/or per account in accordance with our terms and conditions. Opening a second account will result in the closure of the second account and all gaming bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
- Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is only available once per person, family, address, email, credit card number, and shared computer locations (university, dormitory, school, library, workplace, etc.).
- To receive a bonus, you must request it before you start playing with your first deposit. If you have already placed bets with your first deposit, your bonus request will be rejected.
- Bonuses are first added to your gaming account as bonus balance. Once all conditions have been met, the bonus is transferred to your real balance, which can be withdrawn.
- Unless otherwise stated, free bonuses must be wagered at least 60 times before you can withdraw your money. Bets on blackjack, video poker, craps, American roulette, baccarat, and other table games, as well as games without poker, do not count towards the wagering requirements.
- The promotion is considered complete when the player fulfills the wagering requirements or when the account balance falls below $1. - If you have money that can be withdrawn- this could be winnings from a deposit bonus, free bonus, or cashback-and you want to withdraw it, you must make at least one withdrawal within 150 days of using the coupon. If you do not request a withdrawal within this period, your winnings will be forfeited.
- Please note that you cannot place bets on red or black in roulette, otherwise your winnings will be forfeited. You also cannot place bets in European roulette while your bonus is active.
- The maximum withdrawal amount for a no deposit bonus is usually 5 times the bonus amount (unless otherwise stated). For example, if the bonus is $100, the maximum withdrawal amount is $500. This rule applies even if you win the jackpot by chance. The rule is only canceled when the player’s balance falls below $1.
- For our deposit bonus coupons, you usually need to wager the deposit and bonus amount 30 times, unless otherwise stated. Each deposit bonus must meet this requirement. The rule only stops applying when the customer’s balance is back to zero.
- Winnings from any deposit bonuses (weekly, monthly, annual, mailed, and others) are not counted if your deposit is less than $5.
- Customers are prohibited from using multiple free bonuses or free spins in a row without making a real deposit between them. If this happens, the administration has the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings, including winnings in free tournaments.
- In addition to Rule No. 17, the management reserves the right to consider winnings obtained by using several free bonuses in a row as invalid.
- Players who have not made a single deposit can only receive free money once-this applies to the welcome bonus, no deposit bonus, birthday bonus, and free spins. All winnings obtained with additional free money will be forfeited.

- Fair Go is aware that links to bonuses may be posted on other websites, and information about promotions may reach people for whom it was not intended. If the casino determines that you did not receive the promotion through official channels, we may refuse to process your withdrawal even if the conditions have been met.

Cashback requires a 10x wagering requirement, and your balance must be less than $1. You can accumulate cashback for several deposits. You can request cashback for deposits lost in the last month.
- Game of the Month promotion (double comp points): you can earn comp points for playing a specific game within a certain period. 100 points are equal to $1. The minimum amount for exchange is 100 points.
- Koala Monday promotion: the bonus is only available on Mondays, an unlimited number of times. The minimum deposit is $20, and the larger the deposit, the higher the bonus. The maximum bonus is $1,000.

Tournament Terms and Contitions
If you take part in slot machine tournaments, you agree to the terms and conditions below:
- Buy-ins, add-ons, and rebuys for tournaments are deducted from your main balance. Bonus funds cannot be used to pay for buy-ins, add-ons, or rebuys in slot tournaments.
- Fair Go Casino bonus rules apply to buy-ins, add-ons, and rebuys in slot tournaments. If you use a no deposit bonus to participate in a tournament, the maximum withdrawal from your winnings will be limited to an amount equal to one-fifth of the bonus.
- Please note: players who have not made a deposit or have made a deposit more than 90 days ago can only win once in a tournament, and the maximum withdrawal amount is $180.
